Ames High is a provider of professional continuing education. We were established in 1995 with the goal of helping people reach to be their best. We have found that continuing education is the vehicle that enables individuals to reach their goals. Ames High has also learned that more and more professions are requiring mandatory continuing education. While many people resort to various methods to meet these requirements, many more prefer the face-to-face live continuing education programs.
Ames High is committed to providing continuing education programs of high standards. The programs are well balanced, independent, and objective. Ames High works with multiple disciplines to assure their interests are expressed where appropriate. Ames High partners/co-provides with companies wishing to award continuing education but lack the human resources, knowledge, or time to commit to the process. Ames Highs assures adherence to the requirements. All faculty members are recognized professionals with a variety of educational preparations and multiple years of clinical experience in their area of specialization.
Ames High is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
This activity meets Type I criteria for mandatory continuing education requirements toward relicensure as established by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.
Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners approval (sponsor number 4207) is applicable to LPC, LCSW, and LMFT for continuing education credit. All other professions are urged to contact their licensing board to determine if these credits will be accepted.
